If you happen to possess a Qpassport code or barcode or an ePassport code or barcode, we should be able to conduct your collection in a fast, friendly, and efficient manner.

Additionally, DataPool offers collection services for CRL WorkForce seamlessly through our FormFox system, simplifying the process for our users.

No appointment is required for these services. All you need to do is bring along your barcode and a government-issued photo ID for verification purposes.

DataPool provides a variety of collection types, including urine, hair follicle, and nail collections specifically for RecoveryTrek/HPMP clients. However, it is important to note that we do NOT offer blood draws.
